East Coast Contractors, Inc. worked with the customer's designer and general contractor to build this 10,000' sq. ft. colonial in Wellesley, MA. ECC custom framed the home which features a twin colum entryway with portico, a farmer's porch, a custom octagon shaped breakfast area, windowed dormers to maximize living space and allow for bedrooms and a bath over the three-bay garage. Finishing included custom trim, dental moulding and a red cedar wood shake roof.
